one word
it's amazing how one word can make such a difference in someone's job title. i left one word out of my boss's title in an email, which in turn made the title the one of the head of our department. oops.
just figures, couldn't make it through one day at work in 2006 without making a mistake.
this was not the way i wanted the year to start...
