need for speed relay-brief pictorial teaser
too tired right now to post a full report...but was a great day, and i will leave you with a few teasers from key points in the day...
about 5:45 am...in the van on the way to Bear Mountain and the start of the relay, obviously i came prepared as we had a very early wake-up call...
and about 1:30 pm...i'm off to run my leg!! 4.7 miles...or was it?!?!?
about 4:30 pm-the team is done and done! and the real reason i ran this relay-free beer! :)

Two races in two days? You're turning into a racing maniac.
didn't "race" this one...my rule of thumb was if i was breathing heavy, slow down :) none of us were running to win...this was just for fun.
it wa great to meet you finally yesterday. got lost in the crowd and didn't get a chance to say bye. catch you out there on the road.
same here!! felt like yesterday was another blogger meetup or something :)
yeah, we left before i had a chance to say bye to everyone-i think our drivers were antsy to beat the traffic going back to the city. :)
